Homemade Hack: Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls

This week's Foodie Friday is a bit of a spin-off. Instead of actually giving you a full recipe for cinnamon rolls that could take you all day and may or may not turn out just right, I'm going to let you in on a bit of a secret. Homemade Hacks. Here we're going to take Rhodes basic frozen cinnamon rolls and jazz them up just enough that they will taste even better than homemade! Promise. You don't even have to tell anyone that you didn't do all the work, they will  not be able to taste any different and guaranteed they'll be begging you for this delicious "recipe"!Here goes: Let your frozen cinnamon rolls from the Rhodes bag (found at any grocery store) thaw in a baking dish.

Melt a stick of butter with about 3/4 cup brown sugar and pour mixture over your rolls before baking per directions on bag. This is the key to faking homemade with yummy, gooey, freshly baked cinnamon rolls.

While baking, empty the cream cheese frosting into a separate bowl with extra extra powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of milk to double the quantity of frosting! I'm a sugar addict, so I like to lather frosting on my cinnamon rolls rather than just drizzle the top like some do.

This is a totally relaxed guideline/recipe to jazz up your cinnamon rolls, I just pray you all try it before the next time you even think about slaving for hours in the kitchen to make sub-par cinnamon rolls! mmmmmm xo
