Foodie Friday: Soft, Homemade Oreo Cookies

I'm obviously on a cookie kick right now and this one is an all-time fave! I love it because it's unique, delicious, and perfect to bring to parties or gatherings when you want to be a total show off. I'll often color the frosting in between the two cookies different colors depending on the holiday (or football game)! That can be fun. This one came from my Aunt Jodi, hope you all enjoy!
